Terms of use
Last updated 26 October 2026
By using TranscribeFast you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
TranscribeFast shows the captions that YouTube provides for public videos, plus optional AI summaries and translations. It is free and provided "as is". The site may change, limit, or stop any feature at any time.
Content
- Transcripts come from YouTube captions. The words belong to the people who spoke them and to the video's creator. Use transcripts for reading, research, study, accessibility, and quoting with attribution, within the copyright law that applies to you.
- Auto-generated captions contain mistakes. AI summaries and translations can contain mistakes too. Check anything important against the video.
Fair use of the site
- Do not scrape the site or use scripts to fetch transcripts in bulk. A developer API for bulk access is coming.
- Do not try to overload, break, or get around the limits of the site.
No warranty and limits of liability
The site comes without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, TranscribeFast is not liable for any loss that comes from using it, including mistakes in transcripts, summaries, or translations, or the site being unavailable.
Not affiliated with YouTube
TranscribeFast is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
